Attorney Morgan Seegmiller joined Legal AZ in August 2010 and works in civil litigation, commercial litigation, real estate law, bankruptcy law, loan modifications, and general debtor law.  Morgan has represented our clients in court, in mediation, before city and state tax departments, and in general settlement negotiations.

Prior to his current position, Morgan worked as a law clerk for several small law firms in the Phoenix area.  In the past, Morgan has also been a licensed Realtor at Century 21 Arizona-Foothills and a small business owner of an importing and sales company.

PERSONAL:
Morgan is married with three children.  When not with his family, Morgan spends time serving his church in various capacities, playing sports, volunteering at his kids’ elementary school, and keeping up with politics and current events.

TRC2Travis earned both his undergraduate degree (summa cum laude) and his law degree from Arizona State University. He practiced civil litigation for several years, focusing on construction defect and insurance defense. His practice now focuses on Estate Planning and Probate law.

Travis cares deeply about understanding his clients’ needs and resolving conflicts. He has seen first-hand the consequences of poor planning and works to help individuals and families effectively plan for their future.

Travis is a member of the City of Tempe Police Citizens Review Board and former member of the Tempe Parks, Recreation and Golf Advisory Board. He dedicates time to local youth groups, including the Boy Scouts of America, and volunteers with Wills for Heroes. Travis and his wife are the proud parents of seven children.
